This was inspired by the episode 'The Guru'. One of my favorites.

Always thought that airbending had to be the biggest reminder to his people. Not as a reminder of his loss, but I imagined that airbending would make him feel a little less alone and more closer to Gyatso, his life at the air temples and how much fun he had playing airbending games.
Like being one with his element, is being with his people.

yea.. Having a lot of Aang feels lately.;.; It's impossible not to love him.

The idea, freedom, Indomitability air, air nomads displayed in drafts.
Aang, the center stage is the last airbender, the person that all of the people come together, giving all his power, converging on him the strength of the winds. The sense of balance and time of complete chaos in representing air, Indomitability and purity.
Describe this work is impossible, perhaps because like drafts, you feel all your spirit but you can never describe.
Simply, all the power of the elements of the room together in the last person able to conjure his presence, to control, to hear the voice of the air.
Save all the secrets of a culture that has disappeared, living with all its glory in the past for their children, the last airbender, Avatar Aang.

This is absolutely beautiful. The technique is perfect; the clothes, the wind, the background, Aang's expression. All perfect. I love the fact that the background is and orange-yellow instead of blue. Everyone likes to give Aang the color blue or gray. But people don't realize that wind doesn't always have to be a cold blue-gray, it CAN be a warm yellow-orange wind. You capture that beautifully. The shading is absolutely excellent. His tattoos are flawless. I could never draw clothes that well! The Guru is a great episode and you drew Aang as being thoughtful, gentle, and free. I have to say, this is one of my favorite Avatar works. Well done.
